Are these the gods of the Canaanites that Madonna
brings through our TV?

Leviticus 20:3
I also will set My face against that man [opposing him, withdrawing My protection from him, and excluding him from My covenant] and will cut him off from among his people, because he has given of his children to Molech, defiling My sanctuary and profaning My holy name.

Exodus 20:4-5
4 You shall not make yourself any graven image [to worship it] or any likeness of anything that is in the heavens above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth;
5 You shall not bow down yourself to them or serve them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate Me,

 

Molech: "A detestable Semitic deity honored by the sacrifice of children, in which they were caused to pass through or into the fire. Palestinian excavations have uncovered evidences of infant skeletons in burial places around heathen shrines. Ammonites revered Molech as a protecting father. Worship of Molech was stringently prohibited by Hebrew law. (Lev. 18:21; 20:1-5) Solomon built an altar to Molech at Tophet in the Valley of Hinnon. Manasseh in his idolatrous orgy also honored this deity. Josiah desecrated the Hinnom Valley altar, but Jehoiakim revived the cult."  Unger's Bible Dictionary by Merrill F. Believing Jews and non-Jews living in the land of Israel were prohibited from pagan sexual worship of the Canaanite fertility goddess because God viewed such pagan worship as abomination.
The issue with God was shrine prostitution and pagan worship. 











The Queen of Heaven (Picture top of page on right) (Jeremiah 7:18; Jeremiah 44:17-18). The religious Canaanites of Palestine worshiped a fertility goddess named Ashtoreth.

Ashtoreth was a female god of the Sidonians.  She is most often associated with fertility and is very often worshiped in conjunction with Baal; Virgins were sacrificed if they did not submit to the role of prostitute in the worship ceremonies.

Are these things going on today in our world? I have to draw attention to this in our society today in hope that some parents will wake up. Do we have “cults” who worship sex, perversion, the female body as sexual object and those who sacrifice their own children (abortion)?  Just turn on the television and witness how the same culture and mindset is evident today.  Our culture is not so far removed from those who failed God in the Old Testament!!

You ask, "why are our children going down the wrong road in life"? It's simple, their eye gates and ear gates have been violated and their minds twisted to believe in a lifestyle that is the opposite of what God wants for them!






Baphomet  is the pagan deity, revived in the 19th century as a figure of occultism and Satanism. Often mistaken for Satan, it represents the duality of male and female, as well as Heaven and Hell or night and day signified by the raising of one arm and the downward gesture of the other
